Let Life Bloom Again
In the last throes of winter, the heaviness is palatable. With the year we just had, it feels like a mountain on our shoulders some days. A few weeks ago, it might have seemed that the world would be permanently dark gray and brown. Yet, when we are about to lose all hope, miracles begin to peek through the earth in random places. Purples, yellows, whites, and pinks break through the lifeless din.
No matter what we have been through, life is still within us. Even when we can’t see it or feel it, the seeds of hope are at work. Time is cyclical. It spirals back around through each season without fail. Winter is real and it can seem like an ending, but spring arrives despite our doubts. Look for the brightness; reach for the promise; let life bloom again in our lives.
